What if the way you're currently teaching Maths is actually STOPPING your children making great progress?
And would you know where to start to change this?
SHOW ME HOW
Our EYMaths Mission:
At EYMaths we specialise in giving you and your team ALL the tools you need to ensure your children make incredible progress AND learn to love Maths for life!
'I'm feeling so positive about maths in my classroom thanks to you Karen!!
Our head teacher observed a maths lesson in my reception class yesterday and he couldn’t believe the links children were making.'
Emily Parker, Teacher
Who are you and how can we help?
A Teacher of 3-5 Year Olds
You're working as hard as you can, with the tools you have, but you're not getting the results you want
Let's find out why.
Great Maths teaching starts and ends with what the educator themselves understands. No amount of powerpoint slides, workbooks and thoughtfully laid out activities teach Maths, you do.
Engaged, excited children who are making great progress are the product of high-quality interactions and evolving provision.
This is what we give you at EYMaths (in bucketloads!)
A School Team, Local Authority or Academy Trust
To improve standards, does it make sense to invest in just ONE team member?
Too many schools are mistaking 'consistency' for 'everyone doing the same thing'.
Your teachers are your greatest asset and need so much more than a 'recipe book' (maths scheme and online activities) to bring about lasting impact.
To achieve consistency and build fluency for all children, your whole team needs the right level of Maths subject knowledge knowledge and pedagogical skill.
This is what we give EVERY member of your staff when you invest with EYMaths.
A Pre-School Practitioner, Childminder or Parent
You don't have to be in a school to be an educator.
If you're a parent, pre-school practitioner or child-minders, you ARE a child's FIRST educator.
That means you play a vitally important in giving your children the very best start in life.
If you're passionate about making maths a hands-on, fun part of your children's daily life, then we're here to give you all the tools you need to do exactly this.
'Karen's training made perfect sense. It was very accessible, very practical and we could immediately see the impact that it had on the children.'

Lesley Boyle, Former Head Teacher and Teacher Training Senior Lecturer, Hertfordshire University
Hi there, I'm Karen Wilding
Director of EYMaths, public speaker and published author
Looking at these photos, would you believe that becoming a Maths consultant was NEVER on my radar...
Amazingly, I began life as: A 'Maths hater' and total 'Maths failure' (I sat my Maths exams at 16 years old twice and only just scrape a pass)
But later became: A teacher, senior leader, local authority Maths adviser and curriculum writer and trainer and finally director of a highly successful International Maths consultancy and training company!
So what changed?
It turns that the problem was simple. It wasn't Maths and it wasn't me; it was simply the way I'd been taught.
When I changed what I knew, everything else changed for me.
I've now worked alongside some of the biggest names in Early Years, supported thousands of educators across the world and published a book with Penguin/Dorling Kindersley (and have another with Sage coming out in Spring 2027). I
I created EYMaths so you can build your personal 'Maths Tool Box' of skills, knowledge and confidence meaning your children benefit from the very first day we work together.

'Personally Maths was my hardest subject at school and I believed I was fundamentally 'not good' at maths.
Your training is opening my eyes, challenging me and teaching me so much about maths - and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. Thank you!'
